Dear users, please follow the following 4 steps to install Text-to-speech engine to your browser. It takes less than one minute.
Step 1
Go to Settings and type in “Speech Engines” in the search box. Then click the little triangle.

Click the little triangle next to the Text-to-Speech voice settings.

Scroll down and click the Settings button next to the Chrome OS built-in text-to-speech extension.

Click Install next to Chrome OS 中文 Chinese (China) and Chrome OS 中文 2 Chinese (Taiwan).
